It combines Simethicone (25 mg/5 ml), Magnesium Hydroxide (200 mg/5 ml), and Dried Aluminium Hydroxide Gel (225 mg/5 ml) to neutralize stomach acid, reduce gas, and soothe the stomach lining. Sorbitol is also included for its mild laxative effect. The recommended dosage is 10-20ml after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by a healthcare provider.
