Catoxymag N Suspension is a combination of four medicines: Aluminium Hydroxide, Magnesium, Activated Dimethicone/Simethicone and Alginic Acid. Aluminum hydroxide and magnesium neutralize the excess acid in stomach. Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas. Alginic acid forms a thick foam in the stomach which acts as a barrier to reflux (acid going up to the food pipe). Catoxymag N Suspension is used in the treatment of acidity, stomach ulcer, and bloating. It neutralizes excessive acid in the stomach and helps in easy passage of gas.
